According to many researchers in neuroscience, our brain is more able to retain negative events of our life than numerous positive events. On the contrary, let us opt to work on our way of looking at things, thus marvelling at the beautiful things we are living. Whilst being attentive to gestures of love and tenderness received, gratitude of these happy moments will be a powerful means against discouragement.
Today, I memorise a gesture of love that touched me and I take time to respond to it, by letter, a present, a phone call, a particular attention.
