Am I willing relying first of all on my own efforts? Or on the contrary am I more in abandonment, trust, waiting, often at the risk of doing nothing ! Will and grace are not to be separated.
If I am confident in my own efforts, I can meditate this passage from the Bible :
« Didn’t God give everything you have ? » (1 Cor 4 : 7)
If I tend to wait for things to happen without doing anything then meditate this word :
« Because God is always at work in you to make you willing and able to obey his own purpose. » (Ph 2 : 14)
