Today, I make progress in abandonment by referring a complicated situation to God. I can read the prayer of Charles de Foucauld.

« My Father, I abandon myself to you, do with me what you will. Whatever you do with me, I thank you. I am ready for everything, I accept everything provided that you will is done in me and in all your creatures, I desire nothing else O my God. I put my soul into your hands and I give it you O my God with all the love of my heart, because I love you and it is a need of love to give myself to put myself into your hands without limit and with infinite trust for you are my Father ».
