I reject negative words for positive words.

My parents, my school friends, work colleagues have perhaps said something negative about me, which has resonated like a definitive condemnation : « you cannot do anything », « you are messy », « you are ugly ». You need 7 positive words to counteract a negative word !

Activity : I memorise this word. Today I recognise its violence and I choose to replace it by 7 positive words which contradict it. I learn to say « I am capable of »… « I have these talents … »
