Thank you for this day

I get up this morning probably to go to work. In what inner state am I in when I wake up ? Stress ? Anguish ? Enthusiasm ? Lack of energy ? If I cannot control the first thought I have on waking up, I may choose the second one !

Activity : I take a few seconds this morning on getting up to enjoy just being alive and I may say these words that will allow me to be available all day to welcome gratitude within me : « Thank you for this day I receive and during which I will not experience anything that won’t make me grow, whether it be marvellous or difficult ».

I can present, in a welcoming way, all the people I am about to meet and my planning of the day.
