In order to create a habit of gratitude in my life, I must « practise », a bit like for a sportsman in training, who repeats movements right up to the moment when these are instilled in him and he can perform them freely, without hesitation, without effort, and with joy. We suggest you do these exercises as a training. Repeat them as often as possible. Do not hesitate to create your own exercises !
Activity : Today I put down the basis of my exercises of gratitude. I note three reasons to be in gratitude « just for today ». I repeat this exercise every day right up to the end of the retreat, in order to create an atmosphere of gratitude in my life.
