Have you noticed to what extent our worst difficulties with time become our funniest stories ! Learning to laugh at difficult events is a powerful means of remaining in gratitude. Often we need time before we can manage to laugh at them.
Activity 1 : I take an event in my past life, where I saw no way out a few years ago, and I adopt a point of view that is higher and broader by placing the events in the context of my whole life. What gratitude can I express for this past event today ?
Activity 2 : I think of a complicated situation today and I think I will manage to laugh about it one day ! In the week : I share my notes with my fellow traveller, because sharing moments of gratitude with other people is a great help. I can ask him what were the three best moments of his week.
