I fight against keeping a negative vision of my personal history.

Certain difficult events in my past (bereavements, alcohol or drug dependence, professional setbacks, hurtful sexual experiences…) still have no doubt consequences in my life. But my future is not determined by them : I am totally free and new paths can open up.

Activity : I remember something I have achieved that I am proud of. I enjoy this rightful feeling of pride and joy within me.
